The first step is a complementary exploratory session, so that you can better understand coaching and we can determine if we are a good fit.
If you decide that you absolutely want to make positive changes in your life, we will move forward. In our next session we will design our coaching relationship. This session will be in person or over the phone and will last about 1 1/2 hours.
Subsequently, coaching will take place over the phone for 30-45 minutes, 3-4 times per month. Between sessions, I also offer one 5- 10 minute session, when necessary, and e-mail coaching at no extra charge to give you all the support you need.

Group Coaching is available in person or as tele-conferencing. The groups are limited to 4-6 people to insure that all participants receive value from the sessions. There are 2-4 sessions per month and they are 1-1 ½ hours in length. The groups run for 1-6 months and are offered when there is sufficient interest.
Group coaching is available to address a variety of interests. Examples of groups are: college students, parents of college students or recent graduates, parents of children or young adults with ADHD and adults with ADHD.
