ADHD Community, Coaching and Peer Support for Adults
Meet in Real Time and Access Resources to Get Immediate Answers to Your Questions About ADHD

I’m glad you discovered the ADDed Perspective’s membership site — an adhd online community for adults. Where you’ll find support and education from your peers and me, Marla Cummins, an ADHD Coach.
I’m sure you’ve scoured the internet, looking for help managing your ADHD. And by now you might be overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information you found. Never mind trying to figure out whether it is credible or not.
Then again, maybe you tried one of the many credible resources out there, like David Allen’s Getting Things Done. But they did not work for you. (By the way, many don’t work out-of-the-box for adults with ADHD.)
At one point, perhaps, you considered 1-1 ADHD coaching but decided it wasn’t for you. Maybe because it isn’t in your budget, you don’t have the time and energy to devote 1-1 coaching or you just don’t need such intensive support.
You might have checked out various groups, as well. But decided against that option because of similar reasons — time, cost, energy or need — involved in making a commitment to a group of people.
So you’ve tried to go it on your own for a while. But that isn’t working out so well. And you’re out of ideas about where to turn. That is why I created the ADDed Perspectives Membership Site.
To help you get the support and education you need.
