Did You Know? The ADD Coach Is Procrastinating

I am working on big project that I am determined to complete in the next couple of weeks. Here is the deal. I have been dragging my feet on this one. So, I think I need to be accountable to you. When I decided to publish the newsletter on weekly basis, I told everyone. Then, you know what? I did it.

So, in addition to telling you that I am going to finish it, I’m going to answer the questions that I might give to you, if you were “dragging your feet.”

ADD – ADHD: Do You Know What To Do When You Worry?

In my last entry I wrote about using a seven step process to proactively address concerns over conversations, rather than spending needless time ruminating. Ruminating, no doubt, is one of the hallmark symptoms of AD/HD.

You can call it ruminating, worrying, cogitating, pondering or whatever else you want.

Recently, I was in the midst of preparing forĀ our Passover Seder, which was taking place at my house. I found myself becoming overwhelmed with all of the details, as they kept swirling about in my head. As I was becoming overwhelmed, I became anxious, irritable and stuck. Can you think of times when you have felt like this?
